Frustrated

Sorry Jerry I don't know how to contact you personally. I'm frustrated because I joined YNB and have only been able to view the first video. I've written a number of times about the issue but nothing is being done. The last time I wrote nobody responded to my email. I don't feel secure to stay with YNB so I will be canceling. I just thought you should know. You don't have to put this note on the Writer's Guild I just didn't now how else to contact you personally.

Sorry you've run into that problem, Tom. Please let me get directly to the team and make sure you get quick action. As you can imagine, with my name on the door, lapses in service like this are the last thing I want.
