I want to thank you Jerry for your help in fixing the problem with YNB I was having so I could began this journey. Emails were not working and at the time I didn't know how to use Facebook or I would have written my complaint in a more private manner. I realize things sometimes fall through the cracks unaware to the people we are trying to contact and that is what occurred in my situation. David Loy was very kindhearted and really went the extra mile to help me out. I am enjoying the program and learning a tremendous amount of valuable insight on writing a novel. Thank you for all you do. If you would like to publish or use however you see fit this note to offset my previous complaint by all means please do. Once again I want to thank you and your team.
